I was fortunate enough to have been able to meet and
get to know Dimebag during the last year of his joyful life.
I have lots of great memories to cherish of the good times
had. During the times that I hung out with him he was most
down to earth, very friendly, and almost always smiling. I
could have not imagined in my wildest dreams that I would
ever get the chance to hang out with "Dimebag" Darrell,
The Legend. I had seen him play many times with Pantera
in thier days, but I never thought I would get to spend
some of the best days of my life hangin' out with him on a
few occassions during his Damageplan Days. I am thankful
to have Patrick Lachman, singer of Damageplan as a friend.
He is the one who made it all possible. I am also honored to
have been on the front page of the bands website

for some time up until the site was
taken down after the sudden and senseless murder of
Dimebag Darrell. Darrell was truely a genuine person,
although taken from us to soon, he left a lagacy of music,
and inspiration behind for many people around the world,
myself included. I have struck up a few good friendships
with other people I met through Pat Lachman, and it all
comes down to one man who brought us all together, and
that's Dimebag Darrell.

Thank you Dime, for all you have done.

You are sadly missed.         R.I.P.
C'mon!  Getcha pull.
